We will discuss your needs and let you know if and when we are able to assist you. If we are unable to help we can often refer you to someone who can.
Step 2: We Prepare a Project Proposal
Once we understand the details of your project we will prepare a written project proposal that spells out--in clear detail--what services Sloan & Associates will provide to you including: objectives, schedule, deadlines, deliverables and costs.
Step 3: We Get to Work
Once we agree on the terms of our proposal, we will schedule a time to work on your project.
How We Charge
How we charge for our services depends on the nature of your project. Whenever possible, we quote a fixed price for the project. In some cases, projects are ongoing and it is difficult to accurately estimate the time it will take to complete. In situations like these we typically charge based on our standard daily or hourly rate. For long-term projects lasting a month or more, we typically require a monthly retainer which will be deducted from that month’s billable hours. If we are billing you by the hour or day, we will provide you with a detailed work log that shows hours worked and how that time was spent.
